AI Chatbot with Natural Language & Floating Icon I am looking for an AI-powered chatbot with natural language capabilities. Requirements: • A floating chat icon on my website that opens the chatbot. • I already have the ChatGPT prompt ready — the chatbot must use my prompt to interact naturally with clients. • A simple dashboard where I can easily add or edit my prompt. Chatbot flow: • The chatbot should speak in natural language (not robotic) and guide the client while collecting key information: • Name • Number of sports courts they want • Type/model of court • City of installation • Desired project start timeframe • If the client has questions during the process, the chatbot must answer them naturally (based on my prompt) and then return immediately to the filtering questions until all data is collected. Output: • Once the conversation is complete, the system must send me an email that includes: • All the required client data • The full conversation transcript below the answers Future scope: • I would like the chatbot to be ready for a future integration with my CRM.
