My client is looking for a Senior Consultant focused on Change Management to help lead their consultants on vital projects. You will have operational improvements experience, preferably within a consultancy environment, where your expertise lies within Change Management. It will also be highly beneficial if you have a background involving process improvements and operational reviews.Base salary: £50k-c£65k plus benefits: Car Allowance, Bonus, BUPA, Pension and more.My client has a fantastic range of clients within all sectors, so you will enjoy a mixture of experience and challenging projects within the Change Management field.With this being a consultancy, and underlining your importance as a Senior Consultant, you will be required to travel to client sites and realistically be prepared to be based on the project site from Monday to Thursday.
