A global consultancy is currently seeking an experienced Change & AdoptionLead to lead the organisational adoption strategy for Microsoft Copilot. This role will drive end-to-end change planning, user readiness, communication, training, and adoption tracking to ensure a successful enterprise-wide rollout.Job Details: Start date: ASAPDuration: initial contract until 30th of NovemberRate: £580pd Inside IR35 via UmbrellaLocation: SheffieldHybrid: 3 days in the office Key Requirements: Proven experience in change management and organisational adoption within digital transformation programmes, ideally in GenAI.Strong ability to develop and lead change strategies, including adoption plans, pilots, phased rollouts, and stakeholder engagement.Skilled in creating clear, compelling communication materials to drive awareness, readiness, and behavioural change.Experience designing and delivering training programmes, enablement sessions, and tailored learning paths for diverse user groups.Knowledge of digital workplace tools and experience supporting SaaS or AI-driven technology rollouts.Ability to track adoption metrics, gather feedback, and continuously refine communication, training, and support materials.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders, champions, and end-users.
