Having established a strong market presence, the business is now entering a key phase of professionalisation and value creation. The Board is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation through its next stage of development, strengthening commercial performance, operational capability, and strategic readiness. The Role Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will have full accountability for the performance and direction of the business, combining strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight. This role is well suited to a commercially astute leader who is comfortable operating in a small, fast-moving organisation, close to customers, teams, and delivery.
