Senior Manager of Sales -Intermountain Location: AZ/CO We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Sales to own the Central Intermountain region. As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll have the autonomy to drive growth, deliver value through collaboration, and lead with purpose. What You’ll Own: Market Expansion: Discover and pursue new opportunities to close deals with owners, engineers, and contractors to grow STRUCTURAL’s regional footprint. Full-Cycle Business Development: Lead every phase of the sales process—from pitch, through proposal, negotiation, and close. Strategic Collaboration: Shape and execute the vision for sales in Southern California, aligning efforts with company-wide goals while driving revenue and market share. Smart Solutions: Turn complex problems into smart, profitable solutions. Market Engagement: Leverage your well-established network and industry expertise to open doors and build long-term client relationships. Be where it matters—client sites, boardrooms, and industry events. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance sales team to achieve ambitious targets, and expand STRUCTURAL’s market reach, fast. What You Bring: 10-15+ years of B2B sales experience in construction, engineering, or specialty services. Deep roots in the Southern California market — you know the landscape, the key players, and how to reach them. A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and closing large, complex deals. Strong leadership and strategic thinking with the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization. CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred) and a structured, data-driven approach to sales.
