CCTV Engineer – ServiceLocation: West Midlands (Nationwide Travel)Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 Per Annum (DOE)Overview:We are recruiting a skilled CCTV Service Engineer to join a long-established, family-run CCTV company specialising in the servicing, maintenance, and support of CCTV and Door Access Control systems across the UK.This role is ideal for an engineer with strong fault-finding skills who enjoys working independently while delivering excellent customer service.Responsibilities: Service, maintain, and repair CCTV and Door Access Control systemsCarry out fault finding, diagnostics, and troubleshootingPerform planned and reactive maintenance visitsComplete service sheets, reports, and job documentation accurately and on timeConduct service-related surveys and warranty investigationsProvide first-class customer support and technical advice on-siteEnsure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and company proceduresWork independently with minimal supervisionReport findings, issues, and feedback to the Service Manager Skills & Qualifications: 3–5 years’ experience servicing and maintaining CCTV systemsStrong diagnostic and fault-finding capabilitySolid understanding of CCTV and Access Control systemsConfident working at height and in a range of environmentsExcellent communication and customer service skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailFull, clean UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 2 years)Basic IT skillsPhysically fit and able to undertake manual tasksDBS checked or willing to undergo a DBS check Package & Benefits: Company van, ph
