We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Compass Group Ireland on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week, 4 over 7 days. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences. Here's what you need to know before applying: Key Responsibilities: Ensure that the front of house areas are clean, tidy and attractive during opening timesPlace orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levelsCheck and put away all deliveries promptly and correctlyEnsure waste is kept to a minimum during beverage productionLead and inspire the team to deliver superior customer service at all times Cash up at the end of a late shift and complete beverage stock takes when requiredIn the absence of the Manager, assist in the completion of weekly administration and any other duties that are deemed necessaryBe pro-active at all times and use initiative, diplomacy and discretion to solve any problems that may ariseEnsure all health and safety regulations are followed About You: Previous experience supervising frontline teamsCustomer service focusedAbility to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitudeExperience in a similar environment (
