Key Responsibilities:

Support the Team: Step in when needed to provide high-quality care and education for children.
Engaging Learning: Assist in delivering fun, stimulating activities that support children’s development.
Safe & Nurturing Environment: Help create a warm, welcoming space where every child feels valued.
Observations & Interaction: Support children’s learning through play, conversation, and structured activities.
Teamwork & Flexibility: Work alongside permanent staff, adapting to different rooms and age groups as required.
Safeguarding & Well-being: Follow policies and procedures to ensure children’s safety and welfare at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification (preferred but not essential)
✅ Passion for early years education and a nurturing approach
✅ A friendly, adaptable, and reliable team player
✅ Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding (training can be provided)
✅ Ability to step into different roles and settings as needed
