Under instruction and following appropriate training

• Collect Examination Papers from the Allocated Paper Collection Point, collecting and returning following the exam
• Organise the Examination Venue
• Distribute Attendance Cards, Answer Booklets and Examination Papers
• Communicate with examination candidates, as appropriate
• Organise, give clear instructions and monitor candidates as they enter the examination venue
• Explain examination key information to examination candidates
• Ensure the examination begins at the advertised time
• Be vigilant during the examination monitoring the room for illness, cheating and other irregularities
• Deal with emergencies such as illness or fire evacuation
