Under instruction and following appropriate training
- Collect Examination Papers from the Allocated Paper Collection Point, collecting and returning following the exam
- Organise the Examination Venue
- Distribute Attendance Cards, Answer Booklets and Examination Papers
- Communicate with examination candidates, as appropriate
- Organise, give clear instructions and monitor candidates as they enter the examination venue
- Explain examination key information to examination candidates
- Ensure the examination begins at the advertised time
- Be vigilant during the examination monitoring the room for illness, cheating and other irregularities
- Deal with emergencies such as illness or fire evacuation
