The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the worlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. • Will have experience of working in an multi faceted indusrty
• Experience of delaing with multiple banking networks
• You will have experience of working a number of jurisdictions in Europe and the UK.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in a similar role (cash management and/or accounts receivable).]
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Navision).
• Strong knowledge of banking procedures and cash controls

Cash & Banking:

• Manage daily cash and banking operations, including monitoring and reconciling bank accounts.
• Prepare and process bank payments.
• Monitor cash balances and forecast short-term cash requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bank account records.
• Liaise with banks to resolve queries and ensure optimal banking services.
• Assist in the preparation of cash flow statements and banking reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Accounts Receivable:

• Generate and issue accurate customer invoices and credit notes.
• Monitor accounts receivable ledger and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Follow up with customers on overdue accounts and escalate when necessary.
• Allocate and reconcile incoming payments to the correct accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist with monthly and year-end closing processes and audits.
• Provide regular aging reports and debtor analysis to management.
