Cash Allocation Administrator (Temp to Perm) - £25.000 - £26.000 per annum - Datchet My client is seeking a Cash Allocation Administrator on a temp to perm basis. This role would suit either a finance graduate or someone studying their Aat. Key Responsibilities Accurately allocate incoming payments to customer accounts (via bank transfers, cheques, BACS, credit cards, etc.)Reconcile daily bank statements and investigate unidentified or misallocated paymentsMaintain and update the accounts receivable ledger with accurate and timely dataLiaise with customers, internal teams, and the credit control department to resolve payment discrepancies or unallocated cash itemsProduce daily, weekly, and month-end cash allocation reportsAssist with month-end reconciliations and audit preparationSupport the Credit Control team with account queries and ad-hoc administrative tasksContinuously identify process improvement opportunities within cash allocation and receivables management Key Skills & Experience Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work to deadlines and manage competing prioritiesA proactive and problem-solving approach to resolving reconciliation issues Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
