Looking for a talented cartoonist/illustrator for a long-term board game project. This is an hourly contract, with work broken into stages and revisions expected at each stage. Work includes: Designing 6 main cartoon characters (full-body + headshot + names) using supplied references Creating board illustrations with supplied references Illustrating 20 cards from reference images with speech bubbles Designing tuck box, board box, rulebook, and game logo (concepts developed collaboratively) Process repeated for a second version of the game with new characters and cards We’ll start with a trial task: developing one character to test style and collaboration fit. Requirements: Strong cartoon/illustrative skills Experience with character design/game art preferred Comfortable working iteratively and following references Deliver layered, editable files (PSD, AI, etc.) Reliable communication and ability to meet milestone reviews Note: Full creative details and all reference material will be shared once the artist is selected.
