This role involves leading a Construction Skills Boot Camp, starting asap for a duration of 12 weeks, targeting 24 learners aged 19 and above. The practical sessions will be conducted at Holly Hill, and the theory at the South East London.. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across the NOCN Level 2 Certificate in Construction Multi-Skills & Employability.Design and deliver engaging, inclusive, and industry-relevant sessions covering various construction disciplines such as carpentry, joinery, plumbing, painting, decorating, tiling, electrical installation, and health and safety.Maintain a safe, supportive, and professional learning environment in compliance with awarding body requirements and college quality standards.Provide effective assessment and constructive feedback, offering tailored support to promote high levels of retention, achievement, and progression.Coordinate, plan, and deliver training that reflects current industry practices and standards, preparing learners for practical trade skills, workplace safety, and employability, including the CSCS Health and Safety Test.
