Randstad are recruiting for an experienced caretaker to work for the Northern Regional College at their Magherafelt base. We are seeking an exceptional all round Caretaker to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in caretaking as well as knowledge in maintenance, cleaning and housekeeping duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
• Knowledge on maintenance, cleaning and housekeeping duties
• GCSE Maths and English, Grade C and above or equivalent
• Suitable candidates must be available to work between 7am and 10pm on a rota basis
• Ability to adapt to different situations
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work independently
