We want to design a career brochure to motivate our local team in Africa (specifically Nigeria) as a continuous improvement plan for the nationals in our company Elevent's template. We have similar sample brochures which will be shared with you which can be used as a template,. Images need to be sourced by the designer and need to reflect African nationality people. Content for this brochure needs to be worked upon basis the business manager's brochure that we have. The text needs to be simple without giving any false hopes and promises to the employees. There will be feedback cycles and content iteration is expected as well. The designer should be patient with the timelines.
