Only apply if you plan on attending an interview- we wont invite you again.We work differently to other care agencies; we are Client focused and mainly deal with sit in and companionship calls however have personal care calls for the weekend.There will be some elements of food preparation, and some personal care required- but on the whole, our clients want company and companionship by someone that loves a natter and can make their day a little brighter.We are looking for people that really focus on person centred care- people that understand that the call is to support someone to live their best life at home.We have several calls to cover in the Deal / Sandwich area in the morning and shifts to be covered every other weekend too.Due to the locations of our clients, driving is a must.The right candidate will have experience in Adult Social Care specifically understanding working with dementia. Training will be supplied though.Training and DBS's will be supplied.
