We're currently recruiting:
...- Care Workers (Day and Night Shifts) both part time and full time.
Pay rates range from:
Day shift Care worker - £13.03 - £13.18 per hour - £26,236 (Average)
Night shift Care worker - £148.67 - £152.67 per night - £31,328 (Average)

Responsibilities:
- You'll provide high-quality, person-centred care and support residents with their daily living needs in a way that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
- Acting as a key worker and contributing to individual care plans.
- Supporting residents with personal care, mobility, and daily routines.
- Encouraging engagement in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities.
- Liaising with families and health professionals as needed.
- Maintaining accurate care records in line with professional standards.
- Working flexibly on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings.
To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
- SVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or willingness to work towards this qualification)
- Ideally have experience of working with older people with dementia
- Basic IT skills for care recording and reporting.
- Registered or eligible for registration with the SSSC.
- Member (or willing to join) the PVG Scheme.
- Respectful of a Christian-based ethos, supporting people of all faiths and none with compassion and understanding.
