You’ll work alongside our Registered Manager to lead a dedicated team, delivering life-changing support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries, and mental health conditions. A Service Where You Can Make a Real Difference Reiver House is a four-bedroom residential care home designed to promote independence and wellbeing. It features a dining room, living room, kitchen, quiet room, television room, and laundry room. Three bedrooms are ensuite, and the fourth has access to a shared bathroom. Residents enjoy a beautiful accessible garden with a patio and BBQ, and benefit from a stimulating, person-centred environment.Located in the heart of Leyland, Reiver House is close to shops, cafes, leisure centres, museums, and public transport links to Preston, Southport, and beyond. Your Role as a Leader Who Inspires As Care Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of a team that delivers compassionate, person-centred care.
