You’ll manage staff rotas, liaise with clients, families, and professionals, and ensure every service user receives exceptional, person-centred care.You will be supported by the Registered Manager and will help drive quality, compliance, and staff development within the service.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage staff rotas to ensure all care visits are covered effectively.Provide person centred and outcome focused care.Liaise with clients, families, and professionals to ensure a high standard of service delivery.Conduct client assessments, reviews, and risk assessments as required.Support recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of care staff.Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation.Respond p
