- Bring Your Life Experience to a Role That Truly Matters!
- As the festive lights twinkle and the season fills with warmth, joy, and togetherness, Christmas is the perfect time to start something truly meaningful. If you’re someone with a wealth of life experience, emotionally grounded, reliable, and naturally caring, you already have the qualities that make an exceptional Care Professional. Whether you're retired, semi-retired, or simply looking to share kindness during the most heartfelt time of year, this could be the rewarding opportunity you’ve been wishing for.
- At Home Instead Truro, Falmouth & Redruth, we’ve been proudly supporting our community since 2009. Our companionship-led care helps clients stay in the comfort of their own homes, surrounded by familiar traditions, festive cheer, and a sense of dignity. This is a role built on connection, emotional understanding, and heartfelt support, especially during a season where kindness means even more.
- Job Description
- What You’ll Be Doing (Bringing Festive Cheer! )
- Offering genuine companionship — sharing Christmas memories, enjoying a festive cuppa, listening to carols, or helping clients feel included in seasonal traditions.

- Minimum one-hour visits so you can build genuine, trusting relationships.
- A role that keeps you active, social, and connected — perfect if you're looking for purposeful engagement rather than a fast-paced job.
