Whatever you need to support you in your own home we can help. We offer a wide range of services to meet your personal care needs from first thing in the morning to last thing at night. We can help you with getting out of bed, going to the toilet, getting washed and dressed. We can make your breakfast and make sure you get your medication. Highland Home Carers was founded in 1994. Since then we have grown to become one of the major independent providers of home care and support services in Scotland. We currently employ over 250 staff and have a financial turnover of over £5 million. Our company has been owned by our employees since 2004. The business is overseen by a Board which is made up of Executive Directors, Employee Elected Directors and Non Executive Directors. Home Care We can make sure lunch is ready for you to eat later in the day or we can pop in and prepare it with you. In the evening we can help with your meal and any medication and at the end of the day help you to bed and make sure the house is secure. We offer specialised supported living services on a one to one 24 hour basis and have enabled many people over the years to stay in their own homes. We also offer specialised dementia care and have highly trained staff with years’ of experience in caring for people with dementia. Care Academy/SVQ Training Centre We focus on providing thorough, high-quality training programmes to individuals pursuing a career in social care, and to organisations looking to train new staff or keep their existing workforce up to date with the required skills.
