Our mission is to 'make life easier' for people we support and their families so they can enjoy life as they choose to and put their rights to privacy, dignity, independence, safety and diversity first. We combine homecare with social inclusion activities and reablement so that, where possible, we enable people to become more independent and to live their life to the full, as part of their community. We always want our clients and their families to be happy so encourage them to get involved and together, we create a personalised plan of the support they need and want. Our aim is to be flexible, transparent and innovative in our care service delivery and to provide truly personalised, outcome-focused care. We use a monitoring app. in every care call. This means the care delivered and the wellbeing of each person is recorded in real time which maximises the time spent with each person, less time on paperwork and enables our central Teams to take additional action if required. It also provides added reassurance to families that their loved ones are safe and well. Our growing network of branches across the South of England are an integral part of their local communities.
