- 💷 Pay Rates
- Bedfordshire: £13.00 – £13.67 per hour + 25p per mile
- ⏰ Shift Patterns
We offer flexible shifts to fit around your lifestyle
- • Day shifts: 6:00 / 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- • Evening shifts: 2:00 PM – 10:00 / 11:00 PM
- • Weekdays & weekends
- • Full-time & part-time opportunities
- • Shifts available 7 days a week

- 💙 What You’ll Be Doing
- As a Care Assistant, you’ll help clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes by following personalised care plans.
Your role will include
- • 💧 Personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, continence care)
- • 💊 Medication support and assistance
- • 🍲 Meal preparation and help with eating & drinking
- • 🛒 Shopping and everyday practical tasks
- • 🧹 Light household duties (laundry, tidying, cleaning, changing beds)
- • 🦯 Supporting mobility and use of aids and equipment
- • 💬 Providing companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
- Qualifications
- 🦸 What You’ll Need (No Cape Required!)
- No experience? No problem! 💪
