Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of services in Cardiff.
Foster client and partner relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Conduct regular assessments of community needs and service effectiveness.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to service operations.
Report on performance metrics and suggest areas for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Pay Per Hour: £29.34
