Our Dubai-based capital raising firm is looking for investors for a Data Centre project in the UAE and real estate/hotel projects in the Middle East. We are financing Data Centre infrastructure (servers, gpus) in Jeddah and Riyadh, with hotels and modular housing in Dubai and other ME locations. For Data Centres: We now have $70M of debt available for assets and are seeking $5M in equity financing for working capital, etc. Offering 15% of the company for that $5M. About Us: We are a new firm made up of industry veterans in the corporate finance and M&A sectors, including two managing partners from a leading UK corporate law firm and an investment banking team in Dubai. We welcome conversations with capital introducers (compensated with an UpWork contract equal to 1% of capital raised) and direct investors. These percentages may vary depending on the deal.
