What you’ll be doing
- Defining and executing winning campaign and solution strategies that align with customer requirements and secure orders in line with business goals and growth targets
- Leading high-performing, cross-functional teams, providing coaching and direction to drive continuous improvement and successfully deliver capture activities within your domain
- Shaping and steering capture strategy, leveraging deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics to identify, develop, and position opportunities that align with strategic business objectives
Your skills and experiences
Essential
- Demonstrated success in leading and delivering high-value, strategic campaigns in complex and competitive environments
- Inspiring and effective leader, skilled in mobilising and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver winning bids
- Deep commercial acumen, with a solid grasp of large-scale bids, contracts, and the commercial levers that drive success
- Exceptional communicator and presenter, adept at influencing, engaging, and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners
Desirable
- APMP Practitioner or equivalent certificate
- Experience contributing or leading international bid efforts

The Campaign Platforms and Services Team
- Step into the role of Campaign Lead and take charge of energising multi-functional teams to deliver impactful campaign outcomes across our global customer base. You’ll work across a fast-paced, diverse portfolio of platforms and programmes, bringing variety, challenge, and the chance to lead complex, high-stakes projects that truly make a difference.
