We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated individual to join our growing team at Cake Box Tonbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant, fast-paced cake shop creating beautiful celebration cakes and delivering exceptional customer service.

No experience is required – full training will be provided. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Decorating and finishing cakes to Cake Box company standards
• Adding personalised messages neatly and professionally
• Preparing and presenting a wide variety of celebration cakes, cheesecakes, cupcakes and cake slices
• Assisting customers in choosing the perfect cake for their special occasions
• Providing confident, friendly and professional customer service
• Handling payments and operating the till
• Maintaining excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Keeping displays fully stocked and visually appealing

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking

Retail or cake decorating experience is a bonus but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
