Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks, following quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including tables, counters, and equipment
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service
• Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth daily operations and minimize wait times
• Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless café experience that keeps guests coming back

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Prior experience in customer service or food/beverage preparation is a plus but not required—training will be provided
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all tasks
