Job Overview
As a Café Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be responsible for supporting the management team, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and quality.

Duties

• Oversee day-to-day café operations
• Lead, motivate, and train front-of-house staff
• Ensure outstanding customer service is delivered consistently
• Manage stock levels, orders, and deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Handle customer feedback professionally

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality role
• Passion for customer service and hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety
