• Job Description
• We are looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join the team at the famous Natural History Museum.
• Our cafes at the museum serve freshly made sandwiches, cakes, and barista crafted coffee to thousands of visitors each day.

We Offer

• Rate: £13.25 per hour
• Shifts: Any 2-3 days out of 7
• Contract: Part Time/ Permanent

About the Cafe Supervisor role

• To oversee the day-to-day operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are always of highest standard
• To supervise, manage and motivate the team
• To support management team in working towards improving sales and service
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained
• The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service, and leadership skills.
