Overview:

We are looking for experienced Baristas and Café Staff to join our friendly and fast-paced café team in Ringwood. This is a daytime-only role, ideal for someone who is passionate about coffee, customer service, and working in a quality-focused café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and hot drinks to a consistent standard
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Take customer orders accurately and handle payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, bar, and seating areas
• Assist with food service where required
• Follow food hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
• Work efficiently as part of a team during busy service periods

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or café staff is essential
• Confident in making espresso-based drinks
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
• Able to work well under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Working Hours:

• Daytime shifts only
• Weekend availability is essential
