The opportunity: MBDA has a fantastic opportunity for a Cable / Harness Design Engineer to primarily work as the focal point for drawing approvals and first of builds within our growing Interconnects team who design bespoke electrical interconnects/cables suitable for the transmission of power, signal and data within and between subsystems in our products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced within manufacturing or engineering who is seeking a challenge, wanting to build on their current experience by being the drawing approvals and first of builds focal point for all interconnect designs in the UK. To do this you will need to interpret Cable Harness assembly drawings and technical documentation to understand how these translate into physical hardware.
