In this role, your work will include building and optimizing trading strategies; researching new protocols; researching new data sources; designing and improving our research and trading systems; and collaborating with others inside and outside of the team to advance the team's dual mission of being the top crypto trader in the world and a major contributor in the crypto ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a hybrid quant/dev with high personal coding standards. You'll leverage existing utilities and open-source software effectively, and make decisions to optimize the team's productivity, not afraid to take the longer road if it makes the code more extensible/testable.
