The Business Platforms Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, optimization, and adoption of key commercial systems, specifically Gong (Revenue Intelligence) and LinkSquares (Contract Lifecycle Management).

What you’ll be doing
- Act as the primary system administrator for Gong
- Manage users, permissions, integrations
- Managing onboarding, offboarding and access controls
- Configure call recording rules, trackers, libraries, and dashboards
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and correct usage across sales and customer teams
- Partner with key stakeholders to support coaching, deal reviews, and insights
- Lead rollout of new Gong features and best practices
- Explore, implement, and maintain integrations between Gong and other core business systems (e.g. CRM, Chili Piper conferencing tools, and analytics platforms).
- Troubleshoot system issues and act as liaison with Gong support and a dedicated Gong CSM
- Act as the primary system administrator for LinkSquares
- Manage contract repository structure, users, permissions, templates, and workflows
- Support Sales, Sales Ops, Legal, People, and relevant key stakeholders with contract creation, review, and execution workflows
- Maintain integrations with CRM (in collaboration with CRM team) and e-signature tools (e.g. Salesforce, DocuSign) and explore new use cases (e.g. vendor contract management and integrations (e.g. Netsuite)
- Ensure contract data quality, tagging, and reporting accuracy
- Support compliance, audit, and contract reporting needs
- Partner with Sales Ops and Legal on improving reduction of manual work, turnaround times and contract visibility.
- Own the end-to-end administration, governance, and integration of Gong and LinkSquares, ensuring both platforms are fully embedded into commercial, legal, and vendor management workflows
- Define and execute the integration strategy across Gong, LinkSquares, and other core business systems to enable seamless end-to-end processes and data flow
- Govern system configurations (including trackers, templates, clauses, permissions, and workflows) to ensure consistency, scalability, and avoid system sprawl
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, consent, retention, and audit requirements across recorded conversations and contracts
- Monitor system adoption and effectiveness, partnering with, RevOps, Legal, Sales, and Customer teams to drive meaningful and sustained usage
- Manage alerts, renewals, and key contractual obligations for both customer and vendor contracts, supporting risk management and cost visibility
- Support reporting, audits, and insight needs related to contracts, conversations, and system usage
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guidance, and support onboarding and training for new users
- Proactively identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency across systems
- Act as a trusted operational partner to commercial, legal, and operations stakeholders
- Design and deliver enablement programs for Gong and LinkSquares, including onboarding, ongoing training, and feature releases
- Create and maintain enablement materials such as playbooks, guides, SOPs, and best-practice documentation
- Support change management initiatives related to new workflows, integrations, or system enhancements.
What you’ll bring to the role
Required
- Experience administering Gong and/or LinkSquares (or similar CLM / revenue intelligence tools)
- Strong understanding of commercial workflows (sales, contracting, customer lifecycle)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and systems integration knowledge
- High attention to detail and strong data quality mindset
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Operations
- Comfortable in a hands-on, execution-focused role
- Strong interest in emerging technologies and a demonstrated ability to drive adoption and meaningful usage across teams
- Experience enabling and supporting business users on SaaS platforms through training, documentation, and ongoing support
- Proven ability to drive system adoption and behavior change across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Legal Ops, or Commercial Operations
- Experience with DocuSign, contract workflows, or deal desk processes
- Exposure to analytics, dashboards, or commercial insights
- SaaS or B2B environment experience
- Familiarity with Spiff and similar go-to-market systems is beneficial but not required.
