Do you have excellent customer service skills together with proven admin experience? If so, this role would be a great fit as you will be expected to provide a quality service to highly visible important front line services.You will often be the first port of call for customers and also our staff who require assistance. Work will be expected to be undertaken in a timely and professional manner.Your responsibilities are to:-Manage the annual administration of the garden waste system for customer applications and reissue of bags and permits.Manage any customer queries or service complaints.Ensure garden waste literature and web-site information is kept accurate and up to date.Monitor service performance in particular missed collections, investigate issues and highlight to the management team. Liaise closely with crews to ensure any issues are resolved in a prompt manner.Business support Ensure all aspects of a quality business support service is provided to Waste & Street Services officers office based and front line.Work closely with the other Business and Technical team members to help optimise service systems. Process review and improvement. Management of the information management processes used within the service ensuring they are line with the modernisation objectives of MCC and also comply with GDPR. GIS mapping support.Design and production of resources and communication materials to meet service needs ie: crew stickers, service information leaflets, letters etc. To perform the role of Agresso requisitioner for goods/services required by the services.Supplier list maintenance on agresso informing Agresso teams of creation of new suppliers and removal of old and ensuring that they are placed against the right product code. Assist managers with budget management where necessary
