About
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality administrative support including correspondence, minute-taking, diary management, and file audits
Maintain and update databases, including PLANT, and support system transitions
Handle safeguarding referrals and act as first point of contact with professionalism and sensitivity
Support finance tasks such as petty cash tracking and expenditure monitoring
Assist with recruitment admin and staff development processes
Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and data quality
Requirements:
Strong IT skills and experience managing data and systems
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proven admin experience and ability to meet strict deadlines
Commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality
Must live within 40 minutes of Usk and be available to start within 2 weeks
Initial 6-week training in-office, followed by hybrid working
