We are looking for a proactive and organised Business Support Administrator to join our Early Support and Family Hub teams. You will play a key role in supporting our Early Help Coordinators (EHCs) and Family Hub Network. You’ll help ensure that families receive timely and effective support by acting as the first point of contact, processing, record and track referrals, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate data to measure our impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact by answering calls and responding to emails.
- Receive and process referrals, family assessments, and supporting documentation.
- Liaise with referrers to request missing information on referral forms.
- Forward referrals and documents to the appropriate Early Help Coordinator.
- Upload referrals and assessments to Mosaic and maintain accurate records.
- Log referral data to help measure impact by analysis.
- Support EHCs with tasks such as setting up administering the Team Around the Family meetings.
- Set up monthly reminders for case reviews and closures.
- Collaborate with EHCs to gather data that evidences success criteria.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence in handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience using data systems (e.g., Mosaic) is desirable.
- A commitment to supporting families and improving outcomes through early help.
