If you thrive in a dynamic environment, this is the role for you Essential Skillset: Proven experience as a Business Architect, Business Solutions Architect, or Enterprise Business Architect within banking or financial services is essential.Experience designing Target Operating Models or strategic business blueprints at programme or enterprise level (not just project level).Deep understanding of the Compliance and Risk landscape, including: Policy and control frameworksRisk assessment and monitoringInvestigations, sanctions, and anti-financial crimeThe Three Lines of Defence model Strong knowledge of business architecture frameworks (e.g. BIZBOK, TOGAF, Business Architecture Guild).Demonstrated ability to collaborate with IT, data, and business teams to design integrated solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - able to work confiden
