seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the implementation of our strategic vision, This project is a confidential, company-wide initiative focused on re-evaluating our 3-year strategy, operational processes, and skill requirements to achieve significant business growth. This role is crucial for managing the IT changes and operational improvements that will underpin this transformation. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Management: Develop, plan, and execute project timelines and milestones for the IT IT System Change Management: Lead the planning and implementation of new IT systems, including potential automation solutions, ensuring a smooth transition for all staff. Operational Process Improvement: Work closely with the team to analyze and streamline business processes, focusing on applying the Pareto principle (the 80/20 rule) to improve efficiency and sales. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders, including the CGO, Chief of Staff, Operations & Business Development Manager, and Case Manager, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track and within scope. Data & Insights: Collaborate with the Data and Insights Analyst to ensure that past sales data and other key metrics are effectively utilized to inform project decisions and achieve growth targets. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular, concise updates to the CEO on progress, challenges, and successes.
