A small prestigious international bank is seeking a dynamic new addition to its Operations area. Your responsibilities will be varied to include Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Operational Risk and Control Practices. Duties will cover: Managing the Operational Resilience Framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (PRA and FCA)Developing and maintaining Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery strategiesCoordinating resilience testingRisk assessments of outsourcing arrangements and 3rd Party Vendor managementSupporting delivery of the Operational Risk Framework and monitoring/reporting operational risk eventsOperational Risk Horizon ScanningAssisting with transformation projects Your experience must include: Proven expertise in Operational Resilience and Business Continuity gained within bankingGood knowledge of regulatory standards – PRA/FCA SMCR, PSD2/PSRs etcStrong analytical and reporting skills to present to senior management and regulators Good communication skills both written and oral Degree educated This role is currently hybrid – working 3 days a week in the London office but may increase to 5 days.
