This newly created Finance Business Partnerfor a rapidly growing Fintech/Insurance firm paying £100,000 to £120,000 depending on experience with a Discretionary bonus, based in Heart of the City on a Permanent basis and operate a 3 days in the office policy. Role As Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with a Head of Commercial Finance who is all about internal growth and development. Please find a brief outline of the role below: Maintaining strong financial control of the general ledger, accurate and timely management information, including budgets, variances from budget and the production of KPIs which aligned to the business needs, for all entitiesDevelop relationships with Business Heads and Regional Leaders, aiding BAU reporting, budgeting & forecasting and any ad-hoc projectsDevelop in depth knowledge of the business profile and the wider industryCoordination of timely & accurate management information, including detailed analysis and commentary to Business Heads, Regional Leaders, Uk Leadership and US LeadershipEnsuring that the Senior Management and Leaders of the firm's business and support divisions and are effectively supported by the Finance teamTimely and accurate analysis of the P&L (profitability) and balance sheet accountsReview/ Prepare Statutory accounts for (including subsidiary entities) with audit issues being successfully resolvedTimely and accurate reporting to the FCA in line with regulatory requirements Profile The Finance Business Partner for this Fintech/Insurance Firm is ideally for the below Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).Minimum 5 years' experience post qualificationEvidence of Processes Improvement/ System ImplementationSomeone from Financial Services- Ideally preference for I
