You’ll identify gaps, propose improvements, and help shape processes that support our publishing partnerships and internal teams.You will collaborate extensively across Customer Care, Client Services, Credit Control, Warehouse Operations and Goods In to support systems, streamline workflows, and troubleshoot issues.
