- Role Responsibility
- As Business Manager for a truly outstanding luxury cosmetic brand that knows no boundaries, you will offer an exceptional level of one-to-one service to our customers, using excellent product and brand knowledge to inspire customers and exceed their expectations. You will possess a real passion for beauty and for delivering a world class client experience.
- Provide expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products from everyday looks to special events
- With training provided, we expect you to maintain specialised product knowledge and reinforce the Pat McGrath application techniques with your team
- Accountable for achieving sales goals
- Analyse sales and create strategies with management to consistently meet and exceed goals
- An expert in cosmetics, you will share your knowledge to provide our customers with exceptional and personalised service
- Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience. From selling and replenishing stock, cashing up and organising rails, to hosting, you understand there is more to the customer experience than just selling
- Manage customer feedback, and use it constructively to continually raise the bar for service, sales and retail standards
- Adapt to the challenges that vary from day to day. A flexible role, you may be required to work on different departments, taking your service excellence and collaborative spirit with you
- Use your natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends by taking every opportunity to expand your knowledge of products and competitors
- Own the planning and delivery of in-store events
- Replenish stock as needed and keep testers and counter clean and attractive to ensure the brand is presented at the highest level
- Ability to build a clientele and model excellent customer service
- Understand and follow health, safety and security procedures, and play an active role in preventing stock loss
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures

- Qualifications
- The person.
- Experienced Lead Makeup Artist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Ability to perform makeup applications that align with the brand service menu
- Confidently connects artistry and education to sales
- Social/digital portfolio of work with significant following preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products
- A great communicator. You will be able to positively engage with all customers with varying needs and requirements
- Well Informed. You will develop excellent product knowledge by following trends and being aware of our competitor’s activity, along with taking part in brand training
- Known to be a sales and service expert. You’ll use these skills to deliver the extraordinary each and every time and take the initiative to provide additional services where appropriate
- Assist clients with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases with the brand and throughout the store
- Flexible. Responsive to business needs, you are happy and comfortable to take responsibility for tasks that may go beyond the role expectation
- A confident coach, and self-driven to upskill and learn. Work with management, trainers and brand artists to learn brand expertise and develop personal artistry skills

- Able to be flexible to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Please note this is a full time role with a variety of shifts including daytimes, evenings and weekends.

- Basic rate salary £30,222 per annum
