Seeking an experienced and passionate Business Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching to learners aged 14-19 and adult students across Entry Level to Level 3 programmes, including BTEC Business. Title: Business Lecturer Contract: Temporary Location: Wingletye Lane, Hornchurch, RM11 3TBHours: 35 hours per weekPay: £35-£40 per hour (umbrella) Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and student-centred teaching, learning and assessmentPrepare lesson plans, schemes of work and learning materialsSupport learners through tutorials, feedback, and progress monitoringContribute to curriculum development and continuous improvementParticipate in enrolment, induction, and other college processesEnsure safeguarding, equality, and inclusive teaching practices are upheld Requirements: Degree in Business or related subjectRecognised teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent)Experience delivering BTEC/RQF Business qualificationsStrong understanding of FE sector teaching and learner supportCommitment to inclusive education and safeguarding This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive college team and make a positive impact on learner achievement.
