Role Overview Lead the development, optimisation, and automation of Power BI dashboards and reportsWork closely with a range of stakeholders to understand business needs and turn them into clear, actionable insightsInfluence strategic decisions through strong analysis, visual storytelling, and data-driven narrativesAct as the in-house Power BI specialist, supporting with DAX, modelling, and best-practice visualisationBuild strong working relationships across multiple teams to ensure BI outputs align with business prioritiesSupport and uplift BI processes, tools, and governance as part of a modern data environment Candidate Profile Technical Expertise Expert Power BI capability, including DAX, Power Query, data modelling, and advanced visualisationExperience implementing Kimball modellingStrong data storytelling and design skillsProven experience in data manipulation, mining, and validationConfident SQL skillsExperience with Azure or AWSUnderstanding of data warehousing, ideally Snowflake or Data FactoryPL-300 certification or close to completion Analytical Skills Professional experience in an analytics roleStrong logical problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutionsCapable of working independently and taking initiative Co
