Position Title: Business Development - UK Institutional Business Title: Associate Director/Director Department: Global Client Group Location: London Role Overview To further develop and execute the business development and capital raising effort of the UK & EMEA Sales team with a focus on the UK Institutional market, supporting all aspects of Barings investment capabilities. The role is based in London with a focus upon both direct client sales and consultant relations. Experience will be required with Institutional Clients or Consultants. Experience is preferred within the Insurance and Defined Contribution markets but is not a pre-requisite. You will be expected to raise the brand awareness and profile of Barings in the market and provide a senior access point for clients to connect with Barings' investment capabilities and support functions. 3- 10 years experience of business development within the UK Institutional market is required.
