Unique opportunity to join a leading International Freight and shipping business at their UK head office in the Midlands. The role will work closely with senior management and be responsible for developing trade lanes with the UK to/from India, the Indian sub-continent and within parts of Asia.To apply for this exciting role, you should already have experience in a commercial / sales role within an international freight / logistics business or freight forwarding operator. Ideally, you will have knowlege of import and export via all modes (ocean, air, road) although relevant experience in one or more of these will also be highly beneficial.The role will be responsible for developing business between Inda and the UK and therefore, experience in this market is essential. As this is a new role, it will suit a self-motivated sales person who is keen to progress and make a real difference within an established, highly professional and customer-led business.Overseas travel may be required and you must possess a full UK driving licence to apply.The position offers a competitive negotiable salary with bonus/benefits and the opporutnity to develop your career in International freight and logistics sales.
