You will be able to demonstrate a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets using the phone. ROLE Making high quality sales calls to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI).Nurturing leads overtime to build their confidence in the Saltus offering up to the point of engagement.Developing and managing a structured sales pipeline, ensuring effective tracking of leads, prospects, and sales activities to meet revenue and growth targets. Supporting on, and leading campaigns to re-engage potential leads in our ‘Warm’ prospect base.Running regular pipeline appraisal sessions with financial advisers, providing guidance on leads passed to them, evaluating performance, and ensuring alignment with business development goals for optimal client conversion. Improving your financial planning knowledge over time as well as develop an in-depth understanding of the Saltus offering and our USPs. Conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform business development strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the wealth management space. Organising and delivering educational webinars and seminars on wealth management topics. This should aim to effectively engage prospective and current clients whilst demonstrating thought leadership and promoting the firm’s services. QUALIFICATIONS Ideally have 3-5 years of experience in wealth management salesHave a strong track record in driving revenue growth by consistently introducing high-potential leads through effective consultative telephone selling techniques.
