- We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager for the Not-for-Profit team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with not-for-profit companies and their people.
- Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with Not-for-Profit and Charity clients, acting as a trusted provider and strategic partner to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare deposit illustrations to show clients and prospects available products.
- Conducting Demonstrations and Training for prospects.
- Follow-up marketing and sales leads to ensure maximum conversion throughout the client journey.
- Utilise a range of communication methods to establish and build new relationships.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Onboarding teams to align business development efforts
- Attending networking events and conferences where appropriate.
- Support in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within Not-for-Profit and Charity client accounts and assist in the preparation of proposals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Accurate and timely completion of our CRM systems.
- Proven experience and track record in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry, Not-for-Profit sector, or fintech.
- Client-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service within the Not-for-Profit and Charity sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with Not-for-Profit and Charity partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements and work well under pressure.
