Business Development Manager Insurance This is a great job for someone who has relevant industry experience working in a client facing or relationship management supporting role. Experience of insurers investment objectives is beneficial. A bit about the job: We are seeking a proactive and well-rounded individual to join the UK Insurance Client team at Aviva Investors. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with Aviva clients across various asset classes, ensuring prompt resolution of issues including reporting, performance, and fee billing queries. You’ll act as the main point of contact for client meetings, maintain accurate records in Salesforce, and regularly update team processes and procedures. The role involves ownership of legal documentation such as IMAs, oversight of the fee billing process, and coordination of mandate changes. You’ll also support cross-selling opportunities and serve as an internal resource for mandate-specific queries. Reporting directly to an Insurance Business Development or Client Director, you’ll work closely with the Client Relationship Management team within a global Distribution network spanning the UK & Ireland, Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific. This is an exciting opportunity to deepen your investment knowledge and strengthen client relationships in a dynamic environment. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Regulatory threshold competent and approved. Proven ability to take ownership of client relationships and achieve successful outcomes by influencing internal and external stakeholders. A strong collaborator able to build effective relationships with different business areas across Aviva Investors. Good industry knowledge combined with effective knowledge of operational processes.
